You are not allowed to use their own slippers inside the bathroom.

Mandatory whisper inside the bathroom area. Decorum is required.
Punctuality at the entrance.
The masseur/se will always stay in the bathroom, even if the use is exclusive to a group.
BONDS:
Suitable for single or couple, expires in 12 months. It´s essential to book in advance.
In the case of Gift Bonds (personal) are available at reception or through our website.
You can also get Gift Bonds sent home for an extra charge of 6 €.
TO BOOK:
You´ll have to pay 50% of total ammount as a deposit when you book.
PAYMENT METHODS:
1ª Directly at Reception.
2ª Through bank transfer (must be detailed the name, date and massage or ritual time of the person who is going to recieve the service).
3ª Credit Card by phone (it would be charged only 50% in the case of cancellation, if you don´t cancel the reservation 24 hours in advance).
4ª On-line payment.
It will be charged the total ammount of the reservation even if the number of people is less than what the service was reserved for if the propper cancellations are not made 48 hours before the reserved time.
Prices on our site are valid from 1st of January until 31st December 2011. Prices are VAT included.
